Richard Schasfoort is the scientific heart of the company. Richard is one of the world's experts in SPR and associated fluidics. He has 30 years of experience in developing SPR instruments. He published 100+ peer reviewed articles on working with SPR. He is the Editor of 1st and 2nd edition of the 'Handbook of Surface Plasmon resonance'. He's also known for always lending a helping hand in SPR associated challenges.

Alfons Wegdam is CEO. Alfons has ample experience in the development of scale-up companies in the medical and tech-sector.

Jos van Weperen is Director of Marketing & Sales. With a background in immunology and chemical engineering, he has more than 30 years experience in Marketing & Sales in the field of Monoclonal Antibodies and associated fields. He is the founder of Bio-Intermediair ('DSM biologics'), now part of Fisher Scientific (acquired as Patheon).

Anouk Mentink is Application and Development Specialist with a background in medical biology. She brings over 20 years of experience in cell culture, flow cytometry, and related technologies from her work at the University of Twente.

Christian Breukers is Application and Development Specialist with a background in physics and more than 20 years experience as research technician at the University of Twente.
