Ligand density determination (Sanquin)

Determination of the ligand density at the tipping point at fixed shear. Tipping point of red blood cells opsonized with antiD-antibody (10, 2.5, 0.625 μg/ml) on an FcγRIIa receptor gradient. The higher the avidity of cell binding the lower the ligand density at the tipping point.​ ​

These results were so unique and promising that we decided to fully focus on the development of the CellVysion measuring the ligand density at tipping points.​
