Ligand density determination (Sanquin)
Determination of the ligand density at the tipping point at fixed shear. Tipping point of red blood cells opsonized with antiD-antibody (10, 2.5, 0.625 μg/ml) on an FcγRIIa receptor gradient. The higher the avidity of cell binding the lower the ligand density at the tipping point.
These results were so unique and promising that we decided to fully focus on the development of the CellVysion measuring the ligand density at tipping points.
